After 800 years, The ancient Tamil Buddhism tradtion has been re-established in TamilNadu. The Sangaratnar who are the caretaker and incharge of local Viharas. The oath taking program was held at Kancheevam on 7th Nov 2021.
Also Sanga Paribalana Maha Sangathipathi and his fellow Monks and Nuns were introduced by the Sanga Council. The very anceint tradition has been recalled for uphold the Buddhism with its real essence.
