TAMILNADU BUDDHIST SANGA COUNCIL’S first Sanga council meeting was held at Mangala Buddha vihara at Pulichmpalli near Puducherry on 22.08.2021. All Bhikkus and Bikkhinis participated. The Sanga meeting was organized by J.Gowthama Sanna, the Founder, TNBSC.
The meeting was presided by Sanga Paribalana Maha Sangathipathi –Ven Bhikkhu Dhammashilarr ( Chief Monk of the Sanga Council), in the presence of Sanga Paribalana Thunai Maha Sangathipathi Ven. Bhikkhu. Dr.Bhadant Nagaraj, Ven.Bhikkhuni.Sundari Deepammal, Ven. Bhikkhu. Jeeva sangamithran (Deputy Chief Monks and Nuns of the Sanga Council)

The meeting started with Buddha Vandana and was followed by elaborated discussions on the proposals. The proposals were unanimously accepted by the council. The meeting was concluded with a vote of thanks by Deputy coordinator Upasaka Bodhi Chandran.
