SCHOLARS COUNCIL is part of TAMILNADU BUDDHIST SANGA COUCIL. The main aim of this scholars council is to focus on Buddhism research and Publications. This council members will be working towards spreading Buddhism and they are having capabilities to give sermons and conducting ritual at disciple’s home ceremonies’ based on Buddhist customs. This Council members will be called Dhamma achariya or Dhamma asiriyar (தம்மாசிரியர்). This council is regeneration of Buddhist Scholarship traditions from the ages.
